Stardome Comedy Club is located at 1818 Data Drive Birmingham AL 35244.
All shows are 18+.
Stardome provides plenty of well-lit parking adjacent to the club.
Instead of a drink minimum, we have a two-item per person minimum in the Showroom, which can be fulfilled with any food or drink items from the menu.
Please Note: Food and drinks purchased in the bar and lounge do not count towards the two-item minimum. Additionally, there will be an 18% auto-gratuity on all food and beverage purchases.
Prices listed on the event include all fees (before taxes). A full breakout of your ticket will be shown during checkout. The service fees helps cover the costs of putting on the show. They are shared between the various organizing parties, and may include a profit to them.
Tickets can be pre-purchased online. If you are having issues, call our box office at 205.444.0008.
Please Note: Tickets are only available through stardome.com, and ticket resale is strictly prohibited. Tickets suspected of being purchased for the sole purpose of reselling will be canceled at the discretion of Stardome Comedy Club. For more information, click HERE.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
- General Admission seating is assigned on a first-come, first-sat basis as you enter the showroom. The earlier you arrive, the better your seats will be.
- Reserved seats are pre-assigned for you by management on the night of the show. They are the best seats available for your party size at the time they are assigned.
Please Note: We do not take seating requests and cannot guarantee seats in a specific location or that your party will have a table to themselves.
The venue, including the box office, will open 1 hour before shows starting between 3-5:30 PM, 2 hours before shows starting between 6-8 PM & 45 minutes before all shows starting 8:30 or later. We recommend arriving no later than 30 minutes before showtime. Late arrivals are not guaranteed seats and are not entitled to a refund.
Please Note: The box office will be closed between shows. You will only be able to pick up tickets when the box office is open for your showtime.
- While we cannot guarantee seats together, General Admission groups should arrive at least 1 hour before showtime and enter the showroom as a group for the best chance of being seated together.
- Reserved groups who purchase tickets in a single order will be automatically assigned seating together. Reserved ticket holders who purchase separately are not guaranteed seating together. Please see your email confirmation for details if your group purchased separately.
Please Note: We will only seat complete General Admission groups. Your group must enter the showroom together to be seated together. In addition, we do not take seating requests and cannot guarantee you seats in a specific location.
Yes. We have a strict no-weapon policy, which includes any objects that may be deemed dangerous or harmful at the discretion of management or security. Any weapon confiscated at the door may not be returned, and the venue is not responsible for lost or misplaced items. We do not permit guns of any kind except for those carried by on-duty officers. We are a private establishment and do not allow off-duty officers or private citizens with concealed permits to carry firearms into our venue. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Yes. Comedy is subjective, and certain comedians are not for everybody. Watching a YouTube clip or reading the headliner's biography is a great way to get insight into the expected performance.
Shows are usually between 90 and 105 minutes, although the shows actual length is entirely dependent on the headliner and what their current performance calls for.
Yes. Call our box office for more information. We encourage all patrons who have a disability to reach out to us to make accommodations.
Ticket Protection is insurance that allows you to cancel your order to receive a venue credit toward a future event. It can be added to most orders at the time of purchase but cannot be added after the order has been placed.
To redeem your Ticket Protection and receive a venue credit toward a future event, please send an email to protection@heliumcomedy.com with your order number no less than 24 hours before showtime.
Please Note: Cancelation requests received via phone, chat, or less than 24 hours before showtime will not be accepted.
Yes, however, smoke may be used at times by the comedians on stage.
Please Note: This includes e-cigarettes, vapes, etc.
Patrons may take personal photographs before or after the show. Taking pictures and videotaping shows during the show without the club's and the artist's written consent is strictly prohibited.
Please Note: This policy is subject to change on a show-by-show basis. Some shows may require your phone to be put away upon entering the venue.
